Maybe you're reading this at midnight because your mind won't stop racing. Maybe you're scrolling through therapist websites while your daughter is at school or sleeps down the hall, trying to find someone who might actually understand what she's going through. Maybe you've spent years being the one everyone else leans on, and you're quietly wondering who's supposed to catch you. Wherever you're starting from, I'm glad you found your way here... you don't have to keep carrying this alone.
I work with women and girls, ages 14 and up, through the seasons that tend to hit hardest: the teenage years, the whiplash of college and early adulthood, and the enormous, identity-shifting weight of motherhood. Whether it's anxiety that won't quiet down, OCD that shows up as an inescapable fear of being judged — replaying conversations, second-guessing every interaction, needing reassurance you didn't mess up, or a sense of self that's gotten buried under everyone else's needs, we can process what you're feeling and build tools you can actually use. I've been there. I've had my own anxious 2am spirals, and I've sat with my own two daughters through theirs. I know what it's like to want to fix it for someone you love and what it's like to need to do your own work first. That's the perspective I bring into the room with you.
In our work together, you won't get a silent stare or generic advice. I'm solution-focused, and I draw on approaches with real evidence behind them: CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP, which is considered the gold standard for treating OCD. I teach skills for getting through the worst moments without making them worse, for feeling less at the mercy of your own emotions, and for navigating relationships with your partner, with your kids, with your own mother. My goal isn't just to help you feel better this week. It's to give you tools you'll still be using five years from now.
Reaching out is often the hardest part, and I want to make it as easy as I can. Send me a message or give me a call, and let's talk — no pressure, just a conversation to see whether I'm the right fit for you or your daughter. If I'm not, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who is. I'm licensed to see clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Colorado, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation to get started.

Girls this age are carrying a lot—changing friendships, an uncertain sense of self, pressure to have it all together—and sometimes anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or self-doubt make it difficult to put what she's feeling into words. Whether your daughter talks a mile a minute or barely says a word, I take the time to get to know her, build trust, and help her feel safe enough to open up.
Motherhood is beautiful, and it’s also bone-deep hard. It’s the kind of hard that hits at 3 a.m. when the baby won’t sleep and your body feels like it’s unraveling. It’s hard when your toddler melts down in Target and someone gives you that look, and now you can't stop replaying it, wondering what everyone must think of you.
Anxiety doesn't always show up the same way — and it doesn't stop at any particular age. Whether you're a teen who dreads walking into a room full of people or a woman who can't stop replaying what she said an hour ago, evidence-based therapy for anxiety and OCD can help.
When emotions feel too big to manage, or the same conflicts keep showing up in your relationships no matter what you try, DBT gives you something to hold onto. It's a skills-based approach built around four areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Feeling unsure about how to support your daughter while setting healthy boundaries? Through parent counseling and coaching, I'll provide practical strategies to help you navigate tough conversations, reduce conflict, and foster emotional resilience in your daughter.
I'd love to hear more about what your needs are so together we can determine if we might be a good fit. If not, I'll be happy to share additional therapy and counseling referral sources. Give me a call or complete the contact form to Request your Free 15-minute Consultation Call.
